First Glimpses from the Filming of Our Quality Inspector of the Future – Test-it-off! We're excited to share some first glimpses from the filming of promotional and informational videos for Test-it-off, our quality inspector of the future, which we’re working on together with weiserstudio.🎥 Our CEO, Radek Stourac, is currently preparing another scene and showcasing one of the great benefits of the TripleA robotics – easy tool swapping for collaborative robots. Click click, and the tool is detached. Click click, and a different tool is ready to use. Thanks to TripleA's capabilities, the robot doesn't even need human assistance to swap tools – it can do it on its own. But more on that some other time. 😉 We've completed two full filming days (10 + 10 hours) and are roughly 2/5 of the way through. It's going to be huge. This year's ŽIJEME{IT} was great again! 👏 Lots of interesting lectures from IT professionals from top companies. (Kinali also contributed its bit to the mill - lecture by our colleague Ondřej Vítek and involvement of our CEO Radek Stourac in panel discussions). The event was attended by many great young people who represent the future generation of developers and IT professionals from other fields. 👩💻🧑💻 In addition to Ondřej and Radek, our colleagues Markéta Prazeres and Libor Pustějovský were also available for future IT pros at our booth. The miniature model of the collaborative robot AUBO Robotics, which we had with us at the stand, was a great success. 🤖 Hopefully, the photos will give you at least a fraction of the great atmosphere we experienced on the spot. 🎉 What to add? When a single machine order turns into a long-term project where you keep building more and more units for a client. 🚀 That's exactly what happened with "Bramboromat" by VIKA Kameničná a.s. Thanks to the success of the prototype, the client ordered several more devices. Our task once again is to build the internal system for storage, weighing, and dispensing potatoes, which customers order and pay for through the payment system integrated by us. The "Bramboromat" machines are fantastic and very popular wherever they are used. They allow customers to buy potatoes directly from the grower, 24/7. In the photos, you can see parts of several internal systems, which the client will install into the prepared chassis after completion and assembly. 👉 If you have an automation project that you can't complete due to a lack of capacity or knowledge, get in touch. Revisiting Automation Myths: Is Automation Really Too Expensive? A few weeks ago, we discussed some common myths about automation. Today, we’d like to revisit one of the most persistent ones: 💭 Myth: “Automation is too costly compared to using human labor in production.” ✅ Reality: While it’s true that automation often requires a higher upfront investment, it usually turns out to be more cost-effective in the long run. The key is selecting the optimal automation solution. Not every situation calls for custom-built single-purpose machines or expensive industrial robots. 🤖 Collaborative robots, for example, can handle many tasks and can be acquired for an amount equivalent to the cost of employing 4 production workers for 3 to 6 months! By automating, you also avoid expenses that can inflate your production costs, such as:  • Higher costs for overtime, holiday, or night shifts  • Demands for wage increases  • Expenses for protective equipment  • The need to find replacements for sick workers Moreover, having people perform monotonous, repetitive, and easily automatable tasks is simply not “in” these days. Dnes jsem si ušpinil ruce!👐 Asi se budou všichni scaleup koučové chytat za hlavu, ale já byl dnes u našeho moc a moc letitého zákazníka udělat pravidelný servis dvou Kinali zařízení optické kontroly. Jasný, jasný - CEO by měl dělat úplně jiný věci… ale… když ono to bylo tak trochu potřeba, protože zbytek firmy neví, kde mu hlava stojí a taky mi to prostě nevadí. Fakt! Je to pro mě relax, já obecně mám rád hands-on, vymýšlet, tvořit. ⚙️ … no a taky je to tím, že kolegové mají udělané ty stroje fakt jednoduše a stozumitelně🤗 Tak zase za rok! Co vy? Taky si někdy ulítnete na něčem, co Vaši roli nepřísluší? 😮
