Second post showing complete combination of SIL certified (level 2) HIPPS with on off ball valve. Both in size 10“-1500lbs-RTJ (VEXVE AG type K92.14 NPS10 Class 1500 144AG). SIL 2 HIPPS unit designed to EN 14382 with 5 times security on break to close, closing time 1.4 seconds. Successfully brought into operation on calendar week 37 at our customer RAG in Austria.

Nafusa Oil Operation B.V announces the start of operating the main oil pipeline for the North Al-Hammadah field, which will transfer the field's production to the Mellitah Complex port via the Al-Feel field line. The operations of gradually filling the line began at a rate of 2,000 barrels per day until reaching 25,000 barrels. After that, the pumping process will begin towards the Mellitah complex after opening the connecting valve with the Al-Feel line at a rate of 4,500 barrels per day, which will increase by sequentially putting the production wells into operation to reach 10,000 barrels per day in September 2024, which is the program of the first phase for the field's development. The length of the new oil pipeline is 50 km with a diameter of 12 inches and a design capacity of 70,000 barrels per day. The line has been equipped with a Leak Detection System and an optical fiber cable has been laid along the line for information transfer. Ready for the journey to the Black Sea! Recently, a shipment of our ASG Direct Gas actuators left our production halls in Melle. These actuators provide torque of up to 600,000 Nm and will soon be put into service in Romania. The maintenance-free and corrosion-protected design was developed and produced entirely in-house at AVAMO. Additional safety is provided by the installed hydraulic hand pump, allowing for emergency operation.  Proven AVAMO quality – deployed worldwide.
