In addition to CAPE’s roof condition score being approved for use in 41 states across the country, we analyzed seven CAPE aerial imagery-derived property features commonly leveraged in rating plans nationwide. Property features include Yard Debris, Tree Overhang, and more.

In addition to its many carrier-led regulatory approvals, Roof Condition Rating has also been approved for use through direct CAPE filings in five states: Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, and Nevada.
