Earlier this year, we had the chance to discuss the topic of sales in coworking spaces with the incredible Alex Young, Managing Director of Projects in Brighton. Through our conversation, Alex highlighted a key point when it comes to selling a coworking membership: each and every city responds differently to the different sales techniques and tools that are around there. While in London Brokers might be the main sales driver, in Brighton it is something different... 🤨 Can you take a guess? The answer can be found in the video below. If you wish to watch the full interview we did with Alex, make your way to the comments of this post. ------ 🥺 Thanks again Alex for being so open, we loved having you and can't wait for next year and watch Projects blossom even more. #coworkingspace #sales

13 days left before 2024 ends, and Reflection mode is activated 🔛 Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of interviewing Ian Minor, Future of Work and Hybrid Hospitality Specialist, during our online event on Memberships in Coworking Spaces. One thing you should know about us is how much we appreciate Ian. Since the first time we met (thanks to Nellie Hayat 👀) and recorded a podcast with him (link in bio), Ian has always been someone we love to listen to. He has tremendous experience in hospitality and has worked for incredible hospitality brands in India, the US, and the UK. The knowledge he brings to the coworking industry is very precious. So when during our online event we asked him what were some of the most effective techniques to sell memberships, we LOVED what he brought up: "The Art of Touring". Why? Having interacted with so many coworking brands around the world, we realized how much of an art touring is. When done right, it leaves a long-lasting impression. When done wrong, it costs opportunities. Watch below what that means and if you wish to access the full recording of the event, check out the link in our bio. And you? What do you do to make the experience of touring your spaces stand out? Tell us in the comments! #coworkingspace #memberships

Yesterday was a special day as we shared, on Coworkies Readers' Club, the very last coworking case study for the year focused on growth. Who did we learn from? Puzl CowOrKing, a coworking brand that started in Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and recently expanded in the CEE region with a brand new (and amazing) space in Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺 We virtually sat down with Thibaut Taittinger, the Founding CEO of Puzl to discuss their growth journey so far and, as expected with Thibault, the chat we had was gold 💎. We literally could not ask for a better way to end our coworking case study series for 2024. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE ☝️ To access it, click on the link in the comment section of this post. A massive thank you to Thibault, Petya Lipeva, Zsofi Toth, Nadezhda Nedkova, Neda Chakarova, Petya Rafailova, Erika Krisztian, Nikolay Dimov, CFA, and the entire team for the amazing work you do in CEE region! We see you 👀 and are in awe of the positive impact you generate through the existence of your spaces.
