We are delighted that so many employees attended the #Safety Event at BIOWANZE. 😊 No wonder: the event was characterized by a red carpet, a professional stand covering all aspects of safety, delicious food and intensive discussions at high level around the 9 Live #Saving Rules. Many thanks to all participants and the excellent organization. Special thanks to Laurane Kaye, Philippe TRINON, Samir Beldjouhar and of course our plant manager Pierre Etienne! 👏

Erneuerbare Energien und Halbleiterproduktion
Sustainable Mobility | Renewable Energy | Innovation from Biomass
Info

Vielen Dank an Fritz Georg v. #fdp #politik

Tips and tricks - How to drive safely in winter 🛣️ #Driving in winter in ice and snow or in poor weather conditions can be dangerous. We give you some tips to stay safe on the road - Because You matter! ❄️Preparation begins even before you set off, so it is a good idea to allow extra time for winter journeys. Make sure your vehicle is in good condition and the windows are clear of ice and snow so that you have an unobstructed view. Also clear the roof of snow. 💡Make sure all car lights are working and that you have at least a quarter tank of gas for unexpected delays. Tyres designed for low temperatures are essential for winter driving. As a rule of thumb, you should drive on winter tyres between November 1 and March 31. 🏎️Adapt your speed to the road conditions. Keep a sufficient distance from other road users, as the braking distance is considerably longer on icy and slippery roads. 🦺#Emergency equipment can also be helpful in winter. A jumper cable, snow brush and ice scraper, windshield washer fluid and a power bank for your mobile phone are useful additions to the warning triangle, vest and first aid kit that you should carry with you all year round. Here you can find more tips on how to prepare your car for winter driving: https://lnkd.in/eftzkguZ ▶️Take these tips to heart to stay #safe on the roads and make your vehicles winter-ready. Always remember: Safety first – Because You matter. :-)

👀 In all our plants a lot is happening! In our plant Ensus UK Ltd the Dryer Replacement Project was succesfully finalised. This essential upgrade will improve the plant's efficiency in producing #DDGS (Distillers' Dried Grains) which is a high-grade #Animalfeed. Well done! 👏
Exciting Progress at Ensus with Major Dryer Replacement! In late September, Ensus UK Ltd marked a significant milestone in the Dryer Replacement Project with a successful shutdown involving a complex removal and installation of the new "A" Dryer. This essential upgrade will improve the plant’s efficiency in producing #DDGS (Distillers’ Dried Grains) which is a high-grade #AnimalFeed. Project Highlights: ✔ Precision Planning: The project required a 1,350-ton Schaften crane to manage the complex logistics. In the first week, the original dryer was disconnected and removed, making way for the new triple-pass rotary drum dryer built onsite. ✔ Safety First: To minimize disruption, critical lifts were scheduled over weekends, while strict safety protocols ensured a safe and seamless execution. André Tonneaux from CropEnergies AG commended the team’s meticulous handling, stating: "Indeed, a very good performance for such a heavy load (300t) in such a compact area. Well done to the Ensus team, led by Jason Wildmore!" Since the plant went operational 14 years ago, dryers "A" and "B" have been pivotal in the overall success of the plant. Here’s to more successful upgrades and to the continued commitment of our teams and partners to safety and excellence in project delivery! #EngineeringExcellence #SafetyFirst #Teamwork

Our #Safety event at Ensus UK Ltd was a huge success! 💪 The response was very positive, and our colleagues were able to take the opportunity to exchange ideas, chat and learn more about safety with videos in virtual reality, interactive quizzes, games, discussion cards and delicious food. We were honored by the visit of members of the Südzucker Group Hans-Peter Gai and Dr. Niels Poerksen, who were actively participating in the safety training. 👷♀️ 👷♂️ We were also very pleased about the visit of Mike Eberle, Executive Board Member of BENEO and of course about our CropEnergies AG Board members Heike Baumbach, Fritz Georg v. Graevenitz and Böttcher Jürgen. A big thank you to Matthew Price, Chris Agiadis (CMIOSH/PIEMA) and his team for the excellent organization. Getting everyone involved – especially in such a large plant – is quite an achievement! 👌

A great success of the dynamic BioWanze’s management teambuilding 👌 Orchestrated by the new Human Resources Manager, Philippe TRINON, the annual #teambuilding session for the BIOWANZE management team was organised in September in an inspiring location close to the famous Spa-#Francorchamps circuit. This friendly, natural setting enabled the group to get to know and welcome the five new managers who joined the team in 2024. Two days of work and socialising under the banner of the Group’s four values. Responsibility, creativity, appreciation and collaboration of the entire BioWanze team were reinforced right down to the track! 😊 In conclusion, this adrenalin-fuelled teambuilding was a dynamic and rewarding experience. It helped to strengthen the bonds within the BioWanze management team, while fully embodying the values of the CropEnergies AG group! 🔝

On 22 October, everything revolved around safety! We successfully launched the first #Safety Event in our plant in Zeitz as part of our safety campaign ‘Safety First – Because You matter.’ The day began with an opening speech by our safety officer, Christoph Meyer, who emphasized the importance of safety in the workplace. He stressed that safety is not only the employer’s duty, but also the responsibility of each individual. ➡ The participants had the opportunity to view and test safety-related work equipment. There was a lively exchange and numerous opinions were collected in a feedback box. ➡ The Safety Event was a great success and has raised awareness of occupational safety in the company. The next event is already being planned to further sensitize employees to the topic. 🔊 #Occupational safety concerns all of us! 👩🏭 ➡ The event ended with an outlook on future safety initiatives. After all, safety in the #workplace is an ongoing process that requires constant attention and commitment. Events like the Safety Event are important platforms for imparting knowledge and #sustainably improving behavior in the workplace. Together we can make the company even safer! 👷♂️

It's done! Our plant Ryssen Alcools has successfully held its very first #safety event as part of our ‘Safety First – Because You Matter.’ safety campaign. 🙂 In glorious weather, our colleagues were kept fully informed about safety at work and were even able to get involved in safety exercises with full physical commitment. Of course, culinary well-being was also taken care of. There was a great deal of interest, and we are already looking forward to the next round! There's nothing like #safety first ! A big Thank to our plant manager Laurent Lambert and his team for the great organization and the program for the colleagues! 😊 👏 #safety #health #team #safetyfirst
