During today's management training, we embarked on a unique journey of learning that went beyond all these traditional methods. Led by Cindy Anke, we were invited to engage in serious play LEGO. Pretty cool experience and incredibly inviting! The level of participation was refreshingly vivid, resulting in insightful outcomes for both the team and each individual. So, how does this playful approach help us? In the context of development processes, it allows us to visualize barriers and concerns, while fostering a positive mindset towards the power of change of each individual. What surprised the most? Last weekend, we opened our doors for an Open House event. As a family-owned business, we are happy to be a global player, but it is as important for us to be visible in our region as well. A strong local presence not only helps us attract talented employees but also enhances the perceived value of the company for our own staff. With about 700 visitors a true success! A big thank you to all our guests and supporters. 🤝💼 What made our Open House special? In addition to a well-executed event, we had creative activities where our products like pipettes became water guns, and our injectors turned into flying rockets!
