𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗨𝗝𝗜 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! 🤝 Our service team recently met for the 4-day #ExperienceDays - and gave it their all! 💪 Everyone pulled together! For example, in the ‘Fröbelturm’ dexterity game. Team spirit, fine motor skills and strategic thinking were required here. And it showed: When a team is perfectly harmonised and motivated, it can do anything. 🙌 In addition to the playful component, there was also a lot of know-how transfer! 💡 For example, the participants learnt new things about our products, such as the powerful #NEXIM software. This means our service team is ideally equipped to meet our customers' requirements. 💯 A key focus was 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, the heart of our daily work. Service Excellence is essential to consistently provide our customers with the best solutions and the highest possible added value. It’s not just about solving problems, but about exceeding expectations, acting quickly and competently, and building long-term partnerships.

Germany has a long tradition in mechanical engineering and the manufacture of high-quality industrial products - this is recognized worldwide. It's my first time here and I'm excited to experience first-hand how things are made and manufactured here. I am also impressed by the beauty of the cities. The food is also fantastic. I'm looking forward to spending more time here and I`m also very excited to visit a typical German Christmas market. 𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲? I have a passion for active hobbies, especially badminton, camping, and fishing. Badminton is not only a sporting balance for me, but also a way to relax and stay fit at the same time. Camping excites me because I love spending time in nature and discovering new places. Fishing gives me peace and patience. These hobbies help me to find the right balance between work and leisure and to recharge my batteries. 𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆? The direct dialogue with European colleagues and customers shows me how differently problems are approached and solved. These intercultural experiences are just as valuable to me as the technical insights. I learn every day how important communication and flexibility are in international projects. I will now incorporate the holistic view and the new perspective from this part of our group of companies more strongly into my future work.

I want to learn first-hand how our machines are used in different countries and what individual challenges our customers face in different markets. This knowledge is very valuable in order to develop new, customer-orientated solutions. Over the past five years, I have worked as a design engineer at FUJI in Japan and have been intensively involved in technical development. In my day-to-day work, I had little direct contact with FUJI customers, who can be found all over the world. My traineeship in Germany has given me new perspectives for the look on European customers and their needs. 𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗨𝗝𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆? My main task when working for the European users of our FUJI equipment is to support our customers with technical problems and ensure that they get the most out of our machines. To do this, I work closely with them to familiarize myself with their individual requirements and find suitable solutions. I also liaise between our designers, the sales teams and support in Japan to ensure that customer requirements are implemented quickly and efficiently.
