🎉 Congratulations! Yesterday, IDOS researcher irina rafliana successfully defended her PhD thesis "Travelling Waves of Knowledge and Technology: the Indonesian Tsunami Warning System". By using multiple approach to research method and also an autoethnography take, her study focused on the tsunamis’s generative capabilities and how it resonates to the proliferations of knowledge, tsunami science and tsunami warning system technologies in Indonesia and Indian Ocean region.
