Event concept and implementation - 50 years of GNS - Lets celebrate! 👏
Our client GNS just hit the 50! Their commitment to precision and quality was reflected in every detail of the special Christmas party we organized to celebrate this milestone.
We developed a journey through time for the whole event and a unique show concept. Hosted at the location and by the great team of the Grand Hall ZOLLVEREIN®.
Starting off with guided tours of the iconic “Zeche Zollverein”, beautifully staged by the fantastic stilt walkers (by juxart.production). After these insightful tours, the guests gathered at a cozy Christmas market before entering the foyer, where a delicious flying buffet awaited them.
The highlight of the evening was a surprise show act that lasted exactly 50 minutes. The dynamic acapella performances by UNDUZO, the breathtaking parkour stunts by Urbanatix Parcour-Crew, the mesmerizing juggling and music by the Canavaltwins and the engaging moderation and acts, including a giant selfie of the whole crowd, by Martin Mall captivated the audience of 700 people. The concept was created in cooperation and the great support of Karl-Heinz Helmschrot.
To preserve the memories of the evening guests were able to take their pictures in the Studio 50. During the show, this corner as the entire foyer were transformed from an authentic 70s look to a modern 2024 style, perfectly reflecting the theme of time travel. Once they arrived in 2024, the guests met up to dance and round off the evening.
The extra: A giant jigsaw puzzle was assembled live throughout the evening, with the final picture revealed at the end of the show. Every employee had received one piece before the event - not knowing what to expect. 😉
An evening full of surprises until the last one: a “just-in-time” newspaper about the event, the “GNS Express”, was handed out by the good-humored bellboys.
