🎉 2025 comes with exciting changes for #ImpactHubBerlin — we kick off the year with an evolved leadership team!
2024 was a big year for us — celebrating our 10th anniversary, having Minister Robert Habeck as patron of the Impact Entrepreneurship Forum, and securing significant funding from the German government. Eager to carry this momentum into 2025, we're entering a new chapter with a strategic leadership change.
This transition puts our learnings from the past decade into action and aligns with our purpose to empower impact entrepreneurs with everything they need to make impact work, by focusing on our core services — #Programmes and #Coworking. To guide us into this next phase, Leon Reiner and Alexander Tillack will continue in their roles as Managing Directors, joined by two new directors — Harsha Jagasia and Alicia Feig.

Harsha Jagasia, our new Director of Programmes, brings an extensive experience in leading successful #CorporateInnovation programmes, startup #acceleration, and as an entrepreneur herself, she enriches our Programmes team with her business acumen and passion for sustainability. As a diverse founder, she is an advocate for #InclusiveEntrepreneurship, furthering our mission to create empowering programmes.
Alicia Feig, our new Director of Coworking, shines with her extensive background in hospitality, operational leadership, and creating inclusive workspaces. She brings expert skills for optimising coworking solutions. As a coworking entrepreneur, she understands the evolving needs of our members and is dedicated to fostering a culture of #collaboration, flexibility, and innovation. Alicia’s vision is to elevate the coworking experience through #community engagement, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.
👏 As we move forward, we want to take a moment to celebrate the past three transformative years under the leadership of Heloise Le Masne. As Operations Director, Heloïse, alongside Leon and Alex, led us through an ambitious phase of growth: tripling our team, opening our 3500sqm circular space, and significantly growing our revenue and impact. Her strategic insights, vision, and unwavering guidance have strengthened our foundation and prepared us for the future. We thank her for her remarkable contributions.
