𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲! 💥 We’re still in awe of how our ground-breaking ceremony last Thursday turned out, how many guests participated in joining our celebration, and how well the new 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 – with Prew:tein® inside – were received! But here is more: This past Thursday, we had the honor of hosting the ground-breaking ceremony for our Protein Competence Center on the #KnorrCampus in Heilbronn – a major milestone in advancing sustainable and innovative food production. The event brought together inspiring individuals from various sectors, including politicians, investors, current partners, and even family members of the team - to finally see what we have achieved. The program was filled with insightful speeches: 🚀 The founders took the stage and introduced the company’s mission and vision, our path until now, and what lies ahead. 🇩🇪 Federal Minister of Food & Agriculture and of Education & Research Cem Özdemir emphasized the importance of innovative companies like ProteinDistillery and their positive impact on our environment. 🤝 Dr. Manon Sarah Littek (Green Generation Fund), and Ingo Rädisch (CEO of NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing Germany) addressed how cooperation between machine manufacturers and start-ups can be enhanced in a thought provoking panel. 🍲 Co-founder of vhy! GmbH! Stuttgart and former goalkeeper Timo Hildebrand gave insights into the founding and mission of his and Tim Bengel‘s restaurant, and concluded by introducing the new Maultaschen – the first product for end consumers made with 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒘:𝒕𝒆𝒊𝒏®. Following these inspiring moments, we witnessed the official ribbon cutting featuring Cem Özdemir and 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗹 (Head Mayor of Heilbronn) and concluded with a tasting of the Maultasche – a first glimpse of what’s possible.
