It took its time and now we couldn’t be happier to welcome our newest director, Tajana Tokyo. Tajana brings pure motion and core attention to an ever moving exploration of rhythm and visuals. Her background as a professional dancer, has definitely given her a rhythmic edge, allowing energy, movement, beauty and style to flow effortlessly. Tajana is ready to connect. She’s fresh off directing music videos for talents like Saweetie, Channel Tres, Ari Lennox, Victoria Monét and celebrated commercial work for Apple Music with Run This Town, Super Bowl spot (over 50M+ views) and for Amazon Music.

We are extremely proud to share our latest production for Deutsche Telekom directed by none other than Nora Fingscheidt. We welcomed her to Rekorder’s team last year with the expectation of bringing her strong emotional and narrative style to commercial film-making, and we could not be happier of this Berlin production for Telekom’s international campaign Against Hate Speech. A campaign already resonating in the media landscape, breaking stereotypes and revealing the perils and dangers of fake news as it can swarm and spread like wildfire. Campaigns that are meant to bring moments of reflection and bring forth call to actions against our current media landscapes. The film came together through our strong collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi Germany.  We are pleased to have shot everything in Berlin, with our outstanding local team, talents and colleagues, and incredible committed crews to the campaign’s deep message and Noras’s directorial vision. Augustus Punch is the latest director’s duo to join Rekorder! 🚀 Augustus Punch, established in New York in 2010, crafts modern and romantic imaginings on the global stage, blending whimsy with boldness. Alexandra, with a background in fine arts, set, and costume design, met Diesel, who had transitioned from engineering to creative endeavors. Welcome! 💚

Gia Coppola joins Rekorder! She is a fifth-generation filmmaker, photographer, screenwriter, artist, and impromptu mixologist. 🍹 She has a natural flair for film aesthetics and infuses each project with a fresh perspective, often centering on compelling, relatable characters. 💌

We welcome Melodie McDaniel, photographer and director from The Directors Bureau roster, to the Rekorder Family! 💚 Renowned for her unique perspective shaped by her multiracial background, Melodie McDaniel is a prominent photographer and director.
