We just got back from a client trip in Portland! Our team recently travelled to Portland to work closely with one of our key clients, delivering impactful results on-site. A week full of #Agentforce at DynaCap Agentforce focusing on AI, is one of the amazing innovations at Salesforce and we would love to introduce you to the possibilities this opens! Today, three of our clients came by the office to an exclusive breakfast meeting, where they got to experience Agentforce first hand. Through a thorough demonstration and hands on training they experienced how Service Agents can be customized to their specific needs, enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The breakfast meeting was hosted by our Director, Luis Torres, and Technology Consultant, Mick Kalle Mickelborg, whose dedication and knowledge of Agentforce is nothing less than impressive. Earlier this week they were invited to Amsterdam by Salesforce, where they deep-dived into Agentforce, with among other things enablement sessions that examined the architecture and framework behind Agentforce. Please welcome our new team members! - Ignacio Ripoll González joins us as Technology Analyst. For the last three years, Ignacio has been with PwC as a Technology Consultant, where he led cross-sector IT transformations in pharma, retail, and the public sector. He successfully completed a Master’s degree in 2022 at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona and is now pursuing another Master’s at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, within Business Analytics. During his time at DynaCap, Ignacio already gained the Salesforce Administrator and AI Associate Certifications – well done! - Laura Friis Christensen joins us as Office Assistant. After graduating high school, Laura attended True North Efterskole, focusing on topics such as research on individual learning, amongst others. She later worked at Lagkagehuset as a team leader, managing staff and ensuring smooth operations. With a passion for Communication and Digital Marketing, Laura also enjoys traveling, recently having explored Italy. We are excited to have you both on the team🙌🏼

We are excited to introduce the newest addition to our Management team! - Luis Torres joins us as Director. The majority of Luis’ career has been oriented around Salesforce and its products, and his insightful experience will be of great value to DynaCap. Luis has worked at everis NTT DATA as a Salesforce Junior Consultant for 1.5 years before joining Deloitte for 6.5 years, where he progressed from Business Analyst to Manager. During his time at Deloitte, he gained deep experience in delivering large-scale commercial transformations, driving value across major organizations. He also developed extensive knowledge in the Operate domain and successfully led sizeable functional teams. Welcome Luis, we are happy to have you onboard 🙌🏼
