Running three independent CRMs across several divisions—recruitment, consultancy, and tech—can cause a lot of data silos. From manual candidate searches to disjointed billing processes, data silos hampered collaboration, while outdated workflows delayed client and candidate services for a holding group of companies. Working closely with Clive Henry Group’s team and its divisions, Woodrow Mercer Healthcare, Mprove and Tech Canal, we implemented and customized Seven20 a #Salesforce -native CRM/ATS to unify recruitment workflows and boost efficiency. The transition from the legacy timesheet system to Salesforce was nearly seamless, with no drop in timesheet submissions during the switch-over week.
