Modeling and simulation of Magnetostatics The modeling of Magnetostatics from COMSOL, a vital tool for computing magnetostatic fields, parasitic inductances, and forces on coils, conductors, and magnets. This module offers: - An extensive material database with nonlinear magnetic materials, or the option to define your own - Multiple formulations for scenarios involving currents, magnetic materials, or both - FEM and BEM options, and a hybrid FEM–BEM approach for magnetostatics without currents - A vector-field formulation for cases with both current flow and magnetic materials, enabling detailed analysis of current density distribution, magnetic fields, forces, power dissipation, and mutual inductances Coils can be modeled explicitly for precise current distribution or in a homogenized manner for efficiency with many turns, with automatic handling of complex coil shapes. Acoustic Design for Alamein City Campus We’re proud to collaborate with the Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) on the acoustic design for the new campus of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AAST) in El Alamein City. The campus features an array of advanced spaces including lecture halls, reading halls, assembly rooms, a theater, a VIP restaurant, and multipurpose halls, spread across 12 buildings. Our Scope of Work: Our team at Elnady Engineering was tasked with ensuring the acoustic excellence of these spaces by: 1. Room Acoustics Design: Calculating the reverberation time for each hall, using proposed finishing materials and suggesting modifications to ensure compliance with recommended standards. 2. Acoustic Insulation: Recommending the ideal wall insulation to achieve optimal Noise Criteria (NC) levels, ensuring adjacent spaces are free from excessive noise. 3. HVAC System Recommendations: Providing guidelines to minimize noise generated by the HVAC system, keeping it within internationally recommended levels.
