We are thrilled to congratulate our valued client, Barings, on the successful acquisition of a state-of-the-art #logistics development in Moncada, #Valencia. This large-scale project features an efficient design, offering flexible unit sizes to accommodate a wide range of tenant demands. The development will be constructed in phases, with the first units to be delivered by Q1 2026. The asset is committed to the highest #sustainability and #environmental standards, with the goal of achieving BREEAM Outstanding certification. We are grateful for the trust and partnership we share with the Barings team, and look forward to outlining and executing the leasing strategy for this exceptional project. A special thank you to the seller, Grupo Bertolín, a land developer and construction company with an extensive track record.
