🌍 Safety First Last week, the #QHSE team of China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A traveled to Greece for an extensive safety inspection and training exercise: ✅ Organized an evacuation drill at the CTGE Athens Office. ✅ Inspections were conducted at the Alexsun I and II solar plants, as well as the Marina Substation, located in Central Macedonia, northern Greece. ✅ Technical experts provided ISO consultancy services to the parks, ensuring alignment with international standards.   A huge thanks to the team Cristina Ríos Alfonso Christina Li Rodrigo Sanchez Rodicio Konstantinos Kalioras for their dedication to maintaining our commitment to health, safety, and the environment. 🚧💪

Yesterday, the inaugural 𝑅𝑒𝓁𝑒𝓋𝑜 𝓍 𝒞𝒽𝒶𝓃𝑔𝑒 event, hosted by Vocento, highlighted how sports can drive societal progress, unite cultures, and inspire meaningful change. China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A had the privilege of being invited to this event, witnessing the incredible power of cross-cultural connections. Chinese badminton player #HeBingjiao was honored with a special award presented by her friend and Olympic rival, #CarolinaMarín. On 12th November, China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A teamed up with Universidad de Zaragoza to organise an encounter with students, offering a practical orientation session on the #CTGScholarships programme in Spain, which allows students to pursue a Master’s degree at a Chinese university. 👨🎓 👩🎓 Additionally, Zaragoza University maintains a longstanding academic exchange and collaboration with Nanjing Tech University, making this opportunity even more advantageous for students. We warmly encourage students to actively apply for the scholarship to witness the tremendous development of China and to become cultural ambassadors, bringing the two peoples closer together and promoting mutual understanding and friendship. 🤝 Paula Cotza

The Meerwind Offshore Wind Farm, located in the North Sea about 53 kilometers off the German coast, has a total installed capacity of 288 megawatts (MW). The project has been operational since February 2015 and is one of Germany's largest commissioned offshore wind farms. In 2016, China Three Gorges Corporation acquired an 80% stake in the Meerwind Wind Power Project, becoming the first Chinese company to hold a majority share in an operational overseas offshore wind farm.
