🌿 Innovación en riego sostenible 💧 Este verano en CitySens hemos tenido el placer de contar con Valentine Dupont, una talentosa diseñadora que se unió al equipo durante su estancia para el máster en diseño de producto. Juntos hemos desarrollado un nuevo sistema para el riego de plantas de interior: la Olla CitySens 👉 https://lnkd.in/dapszBQE La Olla CitySens es un pequeño depósito que se coloca en la tierra de la maceta. Se llena de agua y, gracias a su diseño inteligente, difunde el agua de manera progresiva y autónoma, proporcionando un riego sencillo y ecológico para tus plantas. El secreto de la #OllaCitySens radica en su novedoso material poroso. A diferencia de las ollas tradicionales de cerámica, que son frágiles, pesadas y requieren mucha energía para su fabricación, estas ollas están hechas con un biomaterial poroso de origen orgánico que contiene un 40% de madera y consume muy poca energía en su producción. We instantly felt in love with this plant installation at Arcanite! It shows the great possibilities of the CitySens wall planters. 💡 What a great idea to hang them on the handrail. While the most common solution is to hang them on the wall, hanging them on the handrail, at people's level, make plants accessible and you can touch them as you walk the stairs. ☘ Moreover, the planters work very well as modules, which Arcanite's team have perfectly distributed along the handrail. 📌 The CitySens wall planters include multiple hanging systems for walls, rails, corners... you say it!

Every CitySens transparent planter has a unique story behind. Juan Righetti #upcyclingbottles rescue hundreds of glass bottles from forests, bars, and restaurants in #Girona. He carefully cleans, cuts, polishes, and textures them to create high-quality glass vessels. At the CitySens studio in #Tarragona, 108 layers of biopolymer with 40% wood are 3D printed to make the plant support. Soilless cultivation lets you observe the entire plant's growth, including both leaves and roots. It's now your turn to choose the colours and plants that best suit your workspace. We introduce the new CitySens product, the transparent table planter. We propose soilless cultivation in translucent glass pots, inviting you to observe the growth of the whole plant, both leaves and roots. Each planter is unique. Choose the colour of the base, the glass bowl and the plant to match the style of your space. To make the transparent planters, we work with Juan Righetti, a glass artisan from the Empordà. In his #UpcyclingBottles project, Juan uses glass bottles collected from various bars and restaurants in the area. He cleans them and transforms them through a handcrafted process into objects of great value, helping to change the perception of what is waste and what is not. The plant stand is made to order by 3D printing at the CitySens studio in #Tarragona using TUMAKER NX Pro Direct Drive HR 3D printing technology. Each plant stand is made up of 108 layers of PLA biopolymer mixed with 40% wood, made in Spain by Smart Materials 3D. The use of biopolymer with wood gives the piece an organic texture and a sweet smell reminiscent of ground coffee or wet wood.
