⚙️ At Airpharm Logistics we are always leading the way, applying #technologies such as #ArtificialIntelligence, robotics or IoT. For example, #drones specialized in inventories fly autonomously between shelves, scan barcodes and reach all the high places without exposing the staff to risks. They then automatically synchronize and update the data in the warehouse management system.

This year, I served as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer Intern at Dronomy. I developed a custom web application for an agricultural drone client company to display their product catalogue with the feature of adding products to a shopping cart. Additionally, I built an accompanying chatbot to answer queries about products using a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approach. The chatbot was able to offer recommendations based on various product specifications such as category, drone model compatibility, aerial vision, battery power and crop compatibility. A significant part of the project involved preparing and structuring the product data to optimize retrieval from the model, ensuring that the chatbot could access and deliver relevant information quickly and accurately. The role was challenging, as it exposed me to the complexities of building RAG applications. Ensuring accurate responses to user queries while maintaining chat history, conversation context and low latency was a demanding task. Nonetheless, delivering a functional end product was incredibly rewarding. I am confident that the skills I harnessed during this time will aid me throughout my career. Furthermore, I was thrilled to attend the 2024 AWS Summit in Madrid where Dronomy presented their approach to autonomous navigation solutions and their applications to warehouse inventory management. I extend my gratitude to Adrián Carrio and Dronomy. I look forward to seeing the company's future endeavours.

Our expertise in Computer Vision 📷 allows us not only to build beautiful vision-guided autonomous robots 🤖, but also solutions for various visual tasks. In this case, we have built a vision-based quality control system for a vegetable production plant in Europe. 🥬🥬🥬 The video below shows one of the first iterations of the system. Are you dealing with various providers and looking to learn about the product quality provided by each of them? Looking to improve the quality of food inspections? Contact us today at info@dronomy.es for more information.

After another week successfully scanning thousands of warehouse locations, we keep wondering: why would a company pay for a solution that requires expensive and time consuming deployments? If you have been told that: -Your warehouse needs to be mapped for several days for the drone to be able to fly -Stickers with visual markers need to be placed through your warehouse -Expensive radio beacons need to be deployed There is no need for any of this! Just take our drone, let it fly and do the inventories for you! #warehouse #warehousemanagement #inventories #drones #innovation
