9% of the entire senior management at UNESCO were represented by women when she started working for the organisation. When she left #UNESCO, 51% in 2017 | 50% in 2020 was the percentage of women in decision management. That's the results of a lifetime dedicated to gender equality and building a roadmap for equality while the world was barely understanding the concept.
