A few weeks ago, our technical team had the opportunity to visit H2Vector facilities and learn about their latest project during its final adjustments.: a #flexible and #scalable #containerized system, ideal for the #industrial sector and #transport applications.
We are pleased to highlight that H2Vector has used material from FITOK, our brand represented in Spain, in their equipment, reaffirming our shared commitment to #quality and technological #innovation.
The foundation of H2Vector technology is based on two key processes: Power to Gas and Gas to Power.
🔋 Power to Gas (Green Hydrogen Production)
H2Vector's equipment utilizes an advanced electrolysis process, where electricity is converted into hydrogen. This process is carried out by a high-quality electrolysis unit, designed to offer mobility and ease of integration into various industrial environments.
🔒 Safe Storage
The produced hydrogen is stored in a specialized rack that ensures both safety and operational efficiency. This storage system allows for easy and secure access to the hydrogen, ensuring its availability when needed.
⚡ Gas to Power (Energy Generation)
In the second phase of the process, the stored hydrogen is converted back into energy through a fuel cell. This system not only generates electricity but also heat, optimizing the use of hydrogen and maximizing energy efficiency. The result is a completely #sustainable energy solution, adaptable to different demands.
🧩 Modularity and Scalability
This system is designed to be #modular, meaning it can easily be adapted to the specific energy needs of each customer. This scalability allows its implementation across a wide variety of sectors and projects, adjusting to the changing demands of the environment.
⛑️ Commitment to Safety
At H2Vector, #safety is an absolute priority. Their system complies with the strictest European regulations on explosive atmospheres (ATEX) and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) standards. It includes advanced sensors, ventilation systems, and a cooling system that ensures proper heat dissipation, reducing any risks associated with hydrogen operations.
Thank you to the H2Vector team for hosting us at their facilities and congratulations on the remarkable execution of this innovative project!
