We are happy to share the incredible journey we’ve started with our client bsport through the #leadership program "Ready, Set, Grow!" 💪🏽. With Modules 1 & 2 already underway, we started by focusing on personal leadership, building self-awareness, and diagnosing psychological safety using data rather than intuition. Leaders developed actionable ideas 💡 to bring their teams into an optimal state of growth. In Module 2, we’re now diving into intercultural intelligence and mastering the art of giving feedback—empowering leaders to elevate their #skills, #teams, and organizational #culture to new heights 🚀. At intercultures España & LATAM, we believe leading others starts with leading yourself—understanding your motivations, practicing self-empathy, and building emotional intelligence as the foundation for intercultural growth and meaningful connections 🌱. ‼️ It was the last event of our Leadership for Diversity EU Co-funded project! In recent years, #diversity, #equity, and #inclusion initiatives have faced different challenges; However, the Teneo’s latest report “The State of Sustainability in 2024: DEI Will Survive”, confirms that companies continue to prioritize DEI. Today, we’d like to share some highlights from the #article “𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗘𝗜 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼 𝗗𝗘𝗜” published by Julie Kratz in Forbes: ✅ 𝟰𝟯% of organizations maintain quantitative, time-bound DEI goals. ✅ 𝟲𝟳% have targeted programs to support diverse talent. ✅ 𝟳𝟬% promote supplier-diversity programs. 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 #takeaways 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? 🔹 Start by assessing your current DEI landscape through data and employee insights. 🔹 Develop SMART goals that align with your organizational values. 🔹 Implement talent programs like mentorships and ERGs to foster growth for underrepresented groups. 🔹 Diversify your supplier base to reflect and serve your communities better. 🌍 Have you seen the latest changes in our eHub? 🚀 After usability workshops held in Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, France and Cyprus, we’ve gathered and analyzed invaluable feedback, and now, Momentum is actively implementing these improvements on the platform. Thanks to the hard work of all partner organizations: DRAMBLYS: Social Creativity Lab, Hanzehogeschool Groningen, Emphasys Centre, Le LABA, Momentum Educate + Innovate, and European School Heads Association (ESHA), we’re excited to enhance the quality of the eHub experience. We’ve added new resources, adjusted the color scheme, and resolved technical aspects to make navigation smoother and more intuitive.
