BloombergNEF released today their list of top sellers of clean energy to corporations for 2024 and we are happy to see Zelestra listed in the top 10! In 2023 we launched our new strategy of focusing on customers, transforming into a multi-technology company, and having presence in major growth markets that could be billion-euro businesses with senior local executives managing each market. It is very rewarding to see our strategy of focusing on customers paying off, being our engine of growth, and Zelestra being recognized this important global ranking recognizing clean energy leaders. We have signed a long-term PPA with Tesla in Spain! Supply will come from three solar plants, Brazatortas I, II and IV, located in Ciudad Real (Castilla-La Mancha). These projects account for a combined total capacity of more than 74 MWdc.   Consistent with Zelestra's focus on supporting its customers in decarbonizing their operations, the long-term 57 MWac PPA ensures that Tesla will receive 130 GWh of renewable energy annually.   The projects have started construction immediately following the closing of the PPA, demonstrating Zelestra’s unique execution capabilities.   We are excited about this agreement with Tesla, which will allow us to supply clean energy to the automotive industry. We are pleased to announce that, together with Shell Energy, we have officially celebrated the start of operations of the new "Cañada Alta" 54 MWdc solar PV plant in Murcia, Spain. It was an honour to welcome distinguished speakers and guests to the event, including the president of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Fernando López Miras, the Councilor for the Environment, Universities, Research and Mar Menor, Juan María Vázquez, the General Director of Industry, Energy and Mines, Federico Miralles Pérez, the third Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Urban Planning, Orchards and Environment of the City of Murcia, Antonio Navarro Corchón and the Head of the Energy Service of the Region of Murcia, Amador Ruiz Miñano.   The start of operations of this new project represents a significant milestone for Zelestra. We are very proud that our CEO Leo Moreno participated with a group of 50 leading CEOs at the annual executive meeting of the Spanish Business Council for Sustainable Development. The Council members are active all year-round developing strategy to overcome the main challenges and issues that are impacting business and society. The meeting brings together the leaders of these organizations to drive action. The discussions were led by FORETICA, and one of the main points stressed by the Council was the need to take firm actions to accelerate the energy transition and ensure businesses operate with the highest standards to help tackle the climate emergency. Life is made of unique moments!!   And this picture reflects one of them ☺️.   Let me put you in situation, last week the Zelestra Leadership Team met at La Granja de San Ildefonso (Segovia - Spain) for our yearly #Leadership Offsite.   We were in the middle of a leadership exercise, we were concentrated, enjoying it, all the teams focused on winning, all very competitive to deep dive into our High Performance culture and suddenly, it began to snow!.   Most of us didn’t even noticed but then, one of our leaders from Zelestra-India tapped me on the shoulder and said: “It’s snowing, and I have never seen a snowfall in my life. Can I just go outside to have a look at it?”.   She wasn’t the only one. I saw excitement on other leaders from our #team from #India around me.   I don’t know what propelled me but I shared it with Leo Moreno, our CEO, if we could make it happen so they could see the snowfall.   Immediately, we paused the activity and the 100 and some of us rushed to grab our coats and go outside and enjoy the snowfall!.   It was scarcely 15 minutes of laughter, snowball fights, videos for relatives that have never seen it either, and a lovely picture that you can see here.   While preparing the offsite, we wanted activities and moments to remember during the year that we have ahead, to make us go back to that moment and bring a smile to our faces.   That was definitely the one!!   Organizations have to enjoy little moments like this #together as have to fight to achieve the goals, live our beliefs and build incredible international teams!   The following morning we wrapped up all that came out of the leadership exercise and this came also around as a deep reflection on how we also need to celebrate and embrace the joy of making someone from our teams to live a little dream.   We spent two days and a half sharing strategies, goals for 2025, networking, challenging ourselves and sharing lots of discussions about #culture.   And in this little act we noticed that our culture is how we want it to be:   #Agile, that responds to our colleagues needs. #Highperformance, the whole team together to reach one goal in a matter of minutes.  #ownership and “making results that matter” we all achieved a task to make the picture a reality, in less that 7 minutes!!   #Transformation, continuous, we shift with the needs of our clients, if needed be, we also, shift our #culture to make their #decarbonization a reality #Collaboration, we all made happen this joyous moment!  #integrity, on the top!, we make things the right way and walk the talk! Could not feel more proud of our company! But even prouder of our team because, WE ARE CO-BUILDING A CARBON-FREE TOMORROW!!        

Thanks to our whole Zelestra leadership for coming for three days of energizing meetings at the historic location of La Granja, near Segovia, in Spain. We talked about our vision and strategy, about the culture we are building, one of ownership, performance, growth mindset, collaboration and integrity, and about our focus on execution in the coming year. It was great to receive our teams from the US, Latam, Germany, Italy and India, and to spend these days integrating our Business Unit teams with our corporate leaders based in Spain. We have built very strong teams led by seasoned, battle-tested leaders with a track record of success in every market, and are poised to continue our path of exponential growth leveraging our strategy of focusing on customers. The theme of our offsite was "Escape Velocity", and it represents so well the next steps for Zelestra as we escape the pull of gravity and accelerate towards our goal of having 9 GW contracted by 2026. 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗭𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Meta signs four new Environmental Attribute Purchase Agreements (EAPAs) with Zelestra, supporting solar energy development in Texas. - These projects, with a combined capacity of 720 MWdc, will help Meta achieve its goal of powering 100% of its data centers with clean energy. - The energy will feed into the ERCOT grid, supporting Meta's data center operations. - Urvi Parekh, Meta’s Head of Global Energy, emphasizes this step toward aligning electricity usage with 100% renewable energy. - Zelestra expands its U.S. footprint, with a goal to double its contracted renewable energy portfolio in the next two years. - These projects are part of Zelestra’s broader vision to contribute to the U.S. clean energy transition, with 1 GWdc of projects underway. - The partnership accelerates efforts to meet U.S. clean energy targets while supporting local communities and reducing carbon emissions.
