🚀 After three years of hard work and collaboration, we're excited to announce the official launch of the IDG Colombia Centre! As part of the Global Leadership for Sustainable Development (GLSD) programme, generously supported by the Templeton World Charity Foundation, this launch represents another milestone in our journey towards sustainable and inner development in Latin America. With 165 passionate participants, we explored how smart productivity—working better and living better—can create environments where both organisations and individuals truly flourish. At the event, we embraced the powerful idea that organisations are fundamentally about people in action. Good ideas cannot thrive in an inadequate culture, and success isn’t just about hitting KPIs—it’s about aligning those goals with our inner development.
