Last week, we proudly celebrated the graduation of the #FourthCohort of the SSTSI (Strengthening Systems Through Skilled Interns) program, a remarkable group of 30 talented interns who completed three intensive weeks of training in job readiness, entrepreneurial mindset, project management, servant leadership, public service fundamentals, and communication. This cohort includes interns placed with prestigious institutions such as the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX), Ministry of Innovation And Technology- Ethiopia(MiNT), and Ministry of Tourism. Throughout the training, these interns experienced a blend of theoretical insights and hands-on learning to prepare for the professional world, understand public service dynamics, and master the end-to-end project lifecycle. Senior professionals with extensive public service experience also contributed as mentors, sharing invaluable insights and ongoing guidance to shape the interns' careers. We were honored to have Samuel Yalew Adela, the Country Lead for Mastercard Foundation, as a special guest at the graduation ceremony. His presence underscored the importance of this initiative, and we were thrilled as he presented certificates to the interns, who are now ready to embark on their year-long internships in various government agencies. The SSTSI project, funded by the Mastercard Foundation and implemented in partnership with participating government ministries , is dedicated to enhancing the institutional capacity of ministries. Over two years, The Talent Firm will recruit, train, and onboard 200 fresh graduates as interns for impactful placements, followed by continuous support through periodic follow-ups. Here's to the growth and future impact of our SSTSI graduates! Mesfin Kebede Abebe Chekol Eyerusalem Tirusew Helen Girma Belete Molla Getahun sileshi Girma

How do you promote your employee into supervisor and manager roles? In many organizations, employees are often promoted to supervisory or managerial roles simply because they have been with the company the longest or are experts in their technical fields. While experience is valuable, managing people requires a completely different skill set. Our Supervisory Training on November 7th addresses this common gap. We focus on equipping participants with the essential leadership and people management skills that go beyond technical expertise. If you or your team members are stepping into leadership roles, this training is an invaluable opportunity to learn how to manage teams effectively, foster collaboration, and build a strong foundation for success in people management. 📅 Limited spots available.
