With 75% of its population living along the coastline, Euskadi is facing the increasing risks of sea-level rise and stronger wave action. To safeguard its shores, the Basque Government launched the Basque Climate Adaptation Mission, a bold initiative designed to create and test climate solutions that can serve as models for other regions.
