⚛️ Our experts, Alain STRASSER and Abbas NASREDDINE, are currently present at the Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Science, Technology and Applications and the Technical Cooperation Programme, taking place at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) headquarters in Vienna. They are taking part of the French representation at the conference. 🎤 Alain presented the implication of Aerial as a Collaborating Center to the IAEA during the side event, organized by the Pakistani delegation, entitled "Nuclear Science and Technology for Sustainable Food and Agricultural practices: The success stories of IAEA Collaborating Centres". 🍎 Alain was also invited to participate at the round table presenting the ATOMS4FOOD initiative, launched by the IAEA, where the discussion focused on: "Tailor-made solutions for food security and safety". He presented, amongst other topics, the success story of our feerix facilty: from idea to reality. We are glad to receive you by our booth at the Rotunda building for further and deeper discussions!

[FRI] Reconnaissances internationales pour Aerial 🧐 Lors de la 21ème conférence International Meeting on Radiation Processing #IMRP2024 qui s’est tenue au Costa Rica début novembre, le prix IMRP Scientific Award a été décerné à Alain Strasser, Directeur d’Aerial-CRT, Centre de Ressources Technologiques à Strasbourg. 🥇 Alain Strasser est le quatrième français à recevoir un prix IMRP après Pierre Vidal (1994), Théo Sadat (2006) et Yves Hénon (2019).   🥈 Aerial-CRT a aussi vu deux autres de ses membres récompensés, Nicolas Ludwig et Abbas Nasreddine, dans la catégorie nouvellement créée des Early Career Professional Awards.   Félicitations à Aerial-CRT 🏆 👉 Rejoignez la communauté #FRI : suivez-nous

Florent Kuntz, Strategic Development Manager in Radiation and Dosimetry, was very present during the #IMRP2024, where he gave two presentations and chaired one of the Tech Talk sessions at the Dosimetry Square. The first presentation shed a light on Aerial's irradiation platform and its benefits in education, promotion and dissemination of using electron accelerators. During the second talk, a presentation of The Irradiation Panel's online training courses for the next generation of radiation processing professionals was made.

🏆 We are extremely proud to annouce that our dearest General Manager, Alain STRASSER , was awarded the Scientific Laureate Award at the #IMRP2024 ! 🏆🏆 And it's not done yet ! Our young generation, Nicolas Ludwig and Abbas NASREDDINE were both awarded the Early Career Professional Award ! Such award is presented to individuals that have made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of the science, technology or business of Radiation Processing. This is a great recognition to Aerial's talents who will always continue to contribute to the Radiation Processing society!

🏆 Congratulations to our Radiation Chemistry expert Nicolas Ludwig who won the Overall Best Poster Award at the #IMRP2024, organized by the International Irradiation Association (iia). His poster focused on PMMA polymer degradation for recycling applications ♻️ using ionizing radiation. Many thanks to our partners from IPHC - Institut Pluridisciplinaire Hubert Curien - CNRS and THE Charles Sadron Institute for their contribution to this work.
