[𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠] From 19 to 21 November, our teams took part in Fi Europe 2024 in Frankfurt. To capitalize on the dynamic generated by this industry-spanning event, Alland & Robert organised a training session for distributors the very next day. The aim? Provide an overview of our company, innovations and ecosystem to give distributors the keys to develop our products in their markets. 🧑💻 To make the training session more collaborative, the participants (representing nearly 30 distributors) were asked to bring a selection of products featuring acacia gum and prepare a presentation on in-country trends and success stories. Then it was the turn of our Alland & Robert teams. Charles Alland, Chairman and CEO, talked about raw material purchasing and the situation in Africa. Holger Kirchner, Sales Director, addressed our strategy for the future and sales forecasts for 2025. The R&D team (Isabelle Jaouen, Gautier Cesbron Lavau, Cynthia Le Pont and Lucie Birchler) gave technical presentations on Syndeo® Gelling, Beyond Acacia® and AR Services. Last, but not least, Violaine Fauvarque, Communication & Sustainability Manager, presented our CSR initiatives.
