We started with a Memorandum of Understanding that has now developed into a mature #PartnershipAgreement between The Waste Transformers | Turn your own food-waste into value and Catering International & Services CIS, that contains an impressive pipeline of innovative and sustainable projects aimed at revolutionizing #foodwaste in remote locations. The Waste Transformers' biodigesters will be strategically incorporated into international projects, contributing to the reduction of environmental impact of large-scale operations.   It is has been an absolute pleasure working with the professional and driven team at Catering International & Services CIS led by their tireless CEO Yannick Morillon, supported by the always impressive Loic Souron, Quentin Mercier, PHILIPPE PICHON, John Schofield, Beatrice Vernuccio, Louis Brunet de Bonnecorse, Kamel Boukhentache and Adeline Benichou. To celebrate International Chefs Day, we wanted to highlight the incredible passion our chefs bring to the table, and showcase the diverse cuisines they master. 👨🍳 Each of our chefs was invited to prepare a traditional dish from their country, celebrating the unique gastronomies that define us. 🏆 The winning dish came from our Kazakhstan subsidiary with their Beshbarmak and Baursaks!
