After a challenging year, the last months of 2024 brought a recovery in both, leasing and investment activity. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate, the take-up of office space in Paris Region reached 1.75 million m², with a strong December performance (+250,935 m²) 🚀 Key takeaways: ✅ Large office deals (+5,000 m²) gained momentum in December (+81,000 m²) ✅ Paris QCA showed resilience, with 61,040 m² placed ✅ La Défense stood out, registering a 60% increase in take-up over the year 💡 While office investment fell for the fifth consecutive year (€3.49 billion in 2024), Q4 saw a notable rebound; €1.7 billion invested, nearly half of the year’s total. The market appears to be unlocking, with institutional investors showing renewed interest in office assets Despite concerns, La Défense continues to prove its resilience.
