It was an inspiring experience for the delegation of the Club de Paris des Directeurs de l'Innovation during it's mission to India, to engage with Anil Gupta, the pioneer of frugal innovation in India during the People’s Innovation Festival in New Delhi. Prof. Gupta’s commitment to fostering grassroots innovation is a testament to the transformative power of local ideas. He showcased the program hbncriia-india gian, developed in partnership with Amazon, which empowers communities by promoting innovations that address critical challenges. Out of 2500 ideas, 33 remarkable projects were selected, including, a walnut harvester, a compost sprayer, and a tree clipper. These projects highlight the intersection of agriculture, sustainability, and social impact. Notable innovations like a polymer reducing irrigation needs, glasses for the visually impaired, and a metal that removes arsenic from water reflect the immense potential of grassroots ingenuity. During the festival, we met incredible innovators coming from all over India to showcase their innovations. I was deeply moved by the expressions of pride in the eyes of these women and men who rose to the challenge of creating incredible innovations with nothing but their ingenuity and imagination. These innovations not only improve their daily lives but do so with full respect for their environment. It was an unforgettable moment. It was truly inspiring to learn about IIT Bombay’s position as a leading technological university, as well as its groundbreaking initiatives in artificial intelligence, transportation innovation, health technology, cleantech, semiconductors, and quantum research. The introduction to the @ASPIRE research park highlighted the vital role it plays as a bridge between academia and industry. We were particularly impressed by its facilities, the support for startups, and its role in fostering a vibrant ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship. 𝗟’𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗜𝗔 𝗴𝗲́𝗻𝗲́𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱’𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲́𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗲𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲̂𝘁𝗲 Lors de la Rencontre Thématique du Club de Paris des Directeurs de l'Innovation du 17 octobre dernier intitulée « 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗷𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲́𝗲 𝗿𝗲́𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗜𝗔 𝗴𝗲́𝗻𝗲́𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹’𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 », nous avons réalisé une enquête sur l’évolution de son utilisation auprès d’un échantillon représentatif de 50 Directions de l’Innovation de grandes entreprises et ETI. Elle met en évidence l’implication croissante des Directions de l’Innovation dans l’IA générative et la conviction d’une utilité pour l’innovation. Toutefois, l’IA générative au service de l’innovation est encore en phase expérimentale. Les avis sont majoritairement positifs quant à son utilité anticipée, mais il est encore trop tôt pour savoir si les résultats seront au niveau des attentes. L’enquête porte sur une quarantaine d’indicateurs reliés - à la gestion des étapes du processus d’innovation, - aux missions stratégiques des Directions de l’Innovation, - à la résolution des principaux problèmes qu’elles rencontrent et d’une façon plus générale, - à l’optimisation du management de l’innovation, montrant des niveaux d’utilisation assez variés selon les sujets. Il y a par exemple un fort taux d’adoption et d’utilité perçue pour le recueil d’informations et l’identification des technologies et à l’inverse une faible utilisation et une perception très mitigée de l’intérêt pour des tâches à enjeux plus stratégiques. 𝐋’𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐥’𝐈𝐀 𝐠𝐞́𝐧𝐞́𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐱 𝐝𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐝’𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 était le thème de la Rencontre thématique du Club de Paris des Directeurs de l'Innovation, qui s'est tenue hier à l’auditorium du Groupe Bouygues. Une centaine de directeurs et managers de l’innovation ont écouté les témoignages d’entreprises leaders sur des cas concrets d’utilisation de l’IA générative pour l’innovation et échangé entre pairs sur les avantages ainsi que les risques induits de l’IA générative pour l’innovation. L’évolution de la règlementation de l’IA et notamment l’IA-Act européen ont été présentés par Roxana Maria Rugina d’Impact AI. Une Rencontre Thématique du Club de Paris des Directeurs de l'Innovation très attendue par nos membres sur la thématique de l'importance stratégique d'une coopération étroite entre les Directions du Marketing et les Directions de l'Innovation pour la croissance des entreprises. Un grand merci à Philippe CONUS et CAROLINE ARGOUSE de nous avoir accueilli dans le nouveau siège de VINCI Energies.
