Looking back at the great showcase organised by our distributor, Calendar, in Sydney this month!   It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with Calendar’s NSW team and other suppliers while introducing our Fromager d’Affinois range to retail and Foodservice customers.   Thank you, Calendar, for having us!

A big thank you to Anna Polyviou and Coles Group for two great days of collaboration. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore the versatility of Fromager d’Affinois’ cheeses while drawing inspiration from the fantastic recipes shared by our ambassador.   Also, a huge shoutout to Calendar for their invaluable expertise.

This month's themed dinner featured the fabulous Fromager d'Affinois, supported by Calendar Cheese Company, and was made even more special by guest chef Anna Polyviou. The chefs and team enjoyed having her and her team on board, creating a delightful cheese fest for everyone! It was an unforgettable evening filled with delicious dishes and culinary inspiration. This past Friday, Fromager d'Affinois had the pleasure of attending Ritchies Stores Managers Convention alongside our distributor, Calendar and our friends from Meredith Dairy. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with the dynamic team at Ritchies and explore how we can continue to bring exceptional cheeses and experiences to their customers.
