Ils sont dans des dynamiques vertueuses avec la mise en place de plateformes de données basées sur le standard #FHIR. Les objectifs sont simples : ▶️Fluidifier et sécuriser la circulation des données, en réduisant les flux inutiles et les surcharges système, ▶️Garantir l’utilisation de données standardisées pour assurer une interopérabilité optimale, ▶️Contrôler les permissions et maîtriser les accès aux données pertinentes, ▶️Renforcer la souveraineté des établissements de santé sur les données patient. 🤩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆! << english below >> La semaine dernière se sont tenus à Lisbonne le HL7 Europe Working Group Meeting (#WGM), le workshop Hospitals on FHIR et le lancement du projet XiA, une belle semaine d’#interopérabilité ! Interopérabilité sur le #fond, c’est l’essence même d’HL7 Europe d’élaborer, affiner et harmoniser les standards d’interopérabilité en santé. L’Espace européen des données de santé (EHDS) et les standards #FHIR et #EEHRxF constituaient le cadre, où ces sujets ont été passés au crible : ▶️Résumé patient européen, comptes-rendus de sortie et d’imagerie, prescription et délivrance de médicaments, ▶️Modèle commun pour le cancer et groupes de travail pour la mise en place de l’initiative #Phoenix, ▶️Ateliers techniques pour la mise en place des recommandations cliniques avec #CQL et exploitation des données des entrepôts FHIR avec #SQLonFHIR. Interopérabilité sur la #forme également, où nous avons eu plaisir à retrouver Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa les experts de l’interopérabilité venus de toute l’Europe. Pour échanger nos points de vue et expériences dans un réel esprit de collaboration, de coopération et de concertation. Merci beaucoup à l'équipe HL7 Europe d’avoir permis cela ! C’était également le lancement du XiA project, auquel nous prenons activement part. #XiA vise à renforcer les compétences numériques en interopérabilité, en construisant des parcours de formation innovants, en cohérence avec la vision d’un écosystème numérique européen en santé unifié. ------- Last week, Lisbon hosted the HL7 Europe Working Group Meeting (#WGM), the Hospitals on FHIR workshop, and the launch of the XiA project: an exciting week of #interoperability! Interoperability in #essence: HL7 Europe’s core mission is to develop, refine, and harmonize healthcare interoperability standards. The European Health Data Space (#EHDS) and the #FHIR and #EEHRxF standards provided the framework for a detailed examination of the following topics: ▶️The European Patient Summary, discharge and imaging reports, e-prescription, and medication dispensing. ▶️A common model for cancer data and working groups for the implementation of the #Phoenix initiative. ▶️Technical workshops on clinical guideline implementation using #CQL and leveraging data from FHIR repositories with #SQLonFHIR. Interoperability in #form as well! It was a pleasure to gather at ISCTE with interoperability experts from all over Europe. We shared insights and experiences in a genuine spirit of collaboration, cooperation, and consensus. A big thank you to the HL7 Europe team for making this event possible! This week also marked the launch of #XiA, in which we are actively involved. A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the HL7 Europe Working Group Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal! We had a record-breaking number of attendees. We’ll keep the momentum going and drive positive change towards interoperability and enhanced patient care in Europe.   Key points: The Technical Coordination Team (TNT) approved a new roster, a revised Decision Making Process (DMP) and the harmonized HL7 Europe FHIR Implementation Guide (IG) general structure. A Task Force was established to work on HL7-FHIR Community processes and finally, discussions were initiated on community-based HL7 FHIR IG publication. EU-a-thon/WG sessions addressed the HDR, EPS, and base/core European FHIR profiles, partnering with LOINC for terminology solutions and resolving several open issues. The Imaging Study Report track discussed the current Implementation Guide (IG) and worked to finalize. The Medication Prescription and Dispense track discussed the IG, an HL7 and IHE collaboration. The HL7 Europe Lab Report track featured presentations on national FHIR-based lab reports, harmonization of CDA-based reports with EEHRxF, and discussions on visualization (vi7eti) and synthetic data/text generation (SYNDERAI). The Common Cancer Model track drew >34 participants across 5 sessions. International representation was broad, with attendees from Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Slovenia, the UK, Greece, and the Czech Republic demonstrating a high level of interest and support for developing a common cancer data model for Europe, suitable for both primary and secondary data use. A draft Conceptual Model (CM) and identification of key entities was achieved. The European Specifications session on national implementation experiences provided a platform to discuss application of EHDS regulations. Participants shared diverse approaches, highlighting successes and challenges encountered, including key bottlenecks and lessons learned. The session underscored the opportunity for collaboration and information sharing, leading to discussions about organizing a series of online meetings. Tout d’abord, l’opportunité de participer au HL7 Technical Coordination Team piloté par Giorgio Cangioli, Technical Lead HL7 Europe. Très stimulant de vivre le processus de concertation et de contribution qui est à l’œuvre au sein d’HL7 Europe pour les choix techniques structurants des standards d’interopérabilité. Juste le temps d’avaler quelques pastel de nata et nous avons pris la direction d’UpHill Health pour assister au Hospitals on FHIR Workshop. Quel plaisir de retrouver la #HoF Community ! Luc Chatty y a présenté trois exemples de mise en œuvre de HL7 #FHIR et de nos solutions pour améliorer l’efficacité des soins de santé et l’échange de données : 1️⃣La transmission d’International Patient Summary (#IPS) en France entre le Centre Hospitalier Chalon-sur-Saône W. Morey (Site officiel) et le Centre hospitalier de Laval via #MonEspaceSanté. En somme, un IPS récupéré et réintégré dans le SIH mayennais comme s’il avait été créé ici. 2️⃣La transmission d’IPS entre la France et la Belgique, plus précisément entre les hôpitaux de Chalon-sur-Saône et le Grand Hôpital de Charleroi. Même résultat mais en utilisant cette fois-ci #SmartHealthLink. 3️⃣La récupération d’un IPS italien qui s’affiche directement traduit en français au CH de Chalon-sur-Saône en s’appuyant sur nos services et le serveur terminologique SMT de l’Agence du Numérique en Santé ----------- First day of this intense week in Lisbon. We first had the opportunity to participate in the HL7 Technical Coordination Team, led by Giorgio Cangioli, Technical Lead HL7 Europe. It was very stimulating to experience the collaborative consultation and contribution process at work within HL7 Europe, shaping key technical decisions for interoperability standards. Just enough time to enjoy some delicious pastéis de nata, and we headed to UpHill Health to attend the Hospitals on FHIR Workshop. What a pleasure to reconnect with the #HoF Community! Luc Chatty presented three examples of HL7 FHIR implementation and our solutions to enhance healthcare efficiency and data exchange: 1️⃣International Patient Summary (#IPS) transmission in France between the hospitals of Chalon-sur-Saône and Ville de Laval via #MonEspaceSanté. In short, an IPS retrieved and seamlessly reintegrated into the Mayenne hospital information system as if it had been created there. 2️⃣IPS transmission between France and Belgium, specifically between the hospitals of Chalon-sur-Saône and the Grand Hôpital de Charleroi. Same outcome, but this time using #SmartHealthLink. 3️⃣The retrieval of an Italian International Patient Summary (IPS), automatically translated into French and displayed at CH Chalon-sur-Saône, leveraging our services and the SMT terminological server from the Agence du Numérique en Santé. #HL7 #HL7Europe #FHIR #EEHRxF #EHDS

🥁Having recently introduced you to the Xpanding Innovative Alliance (#XiA) project, we are delighted to announce its kick-off in just a few days' time! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗫𝗶𝗔'𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟮𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗻 … 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂!   The XiA project, is co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme, Alliances for Innovation - Lot 2: Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills (implementing the ‘Blueprint’), and represents a significant milestone in digital healthcare. Building on the foundations of the successful XpanDH Project, XiA seeks to address key interoperability challenges while preparing healthcare professionals for the advanced standards of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation. 🔥 🔥 🔥 Evolution importante concernant le #FHIR Terminology Service (FTS) du Serveur Multi-Terminologies #SMT de l’Agence du numérique en santé #ANS 🔥 🔥 🔥 Le SMT passe un cap important avec ses interfaces FHIR et intègre un réseau international de serveur FHIR mis en place par HL7 appelé : tx-reg  👉 https://lnkd.in/gHqF8sKM 👏 👏 👏Le SMT est le 3ème serveur FHIR de terminologies au monde et le premier en Europe à intégrer ce réseau de serveurs 👏 👏 👏 Quel impact sur les utilisateurs du SMT ? L’impact est majeur 👉  Les spécifications d’interopérabilité publiées par l’ANS peuvent à présent être validées sémantiquement et automatiquement via le contenu du serveur SMT mais également via l’ensemble du contenu des serveurs appartenant au réseau tx-reg 👉 Les spécifications d’interopérabilité publiées par l’ANS auront un niveau de qualité de validation sémantique et syntaxique parmi les meilleurs au monde ce qui est un apport considérable pour l’écosystème en France et bientôt en Europe   👉 Les utilisateurs finaux auront accès au meilleur service possible pour valider sémantiquement les instances de leur ressources FHIR puisqu’ils auront accès non pas à un seul service FHIR de terminologies mais à un réseau de serveur FHIR en pointant leur validateur vers le SMT (service restreint) Merci à Grahame Grieve pour son aide pour l’intégration du SMT au sein du réseau tx-reg ***** 🔥 🔥 🔥Important enhancement for the #FHIR Terminology Service (FTS) of the Multi-Terminology Server #SMT of the French National eHealth Agency #ANS 🔥 🔥 🔥 The SMT is reaching an important milestone with its FHIR interfaces and is integrating an international network of FHIR servers set up by #HL7 called tx-reg 👉 https://lnkd.in/gHqF8sKM 👏 👏 👏 The SMT is therefore the 3rd FHIR terminology server in the world and the first in Europe to integrate the tx-reg network 👏 👏 👏 What impact on SMT users? With 5 FHIR certified people in our company and having out of the 15 in France, Fyrstain is the biggest provider of FHIR certified in France. Training in interoperability is a must and competent personnel is needed for the implementation of the EHDS. More to come soon about Fyrstain role in future interoperability trainings in Europe.
