🌟 Celebrating 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 🌟 This week, we not only want to celebrate the women in our business, we – alongside the whole 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, want to address some key issues that affect female employees and find solutions. This is why, on this occasion, VINCI is holding its 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸, a week-long program of panel discussions and webinars showcasing innovative initiatives around the world to foster gender balance on the ground. These initiatives are all examples of our collective commitment to increasing the percentage of women in management positions and in management committees to 30% by 2030. 🎉 Z radością informujemy o zakończeniu przebudowy gazociągu Goleniów – Police, w której mieliśmy przyjemność uczestniczyć jako wykonawca przewiertów HDD. To było niezwykłe doświadczenie – wykonaliśmy najdłuższy przewiert HDD w Polsce, aż 1814 metrów, przy użyciu technologii Intersect.👏 Wszystkie prace przeprowadziliśmy z najwyższą dbałością o środowisko, szczególnie w rejonie Rezerwatu Olszanka. 🌿 Dziękujemy GAZ-SYSTEM za zaufanie, doskonałą współpracę oraz za udostępnienie pięknych zdjęć naszego sprzętu w akcji! ✨ ____________________________________ 🎉 We are excited to share that the reconstruction of the Goleniów – Police gas pipeline has been successfully completed, and we had the pleasure of contributing as the HDD contractor. This project was a truly remarkable experience, allowing us to execute the longest HDD crossing in Poland—an impressive 1,814 meters—using the Intersect technology.👏 All works were carried out with the utmost care for the environment, especially in the area of the Olszanka Nature Reserve.🌿 A big thank you to GAZ-SYSTEM for their trust and excellent cooperation on this project—and for sharing such beautiful pictures of our drilling spread!✨

For the second consecutive year, HDI - HORIZONTAL DRILLING INTERNATIONAL was invited by the Drilling Contractors Association (DCA) to present one of its projects at the 37th Oldenburg Pipeline Forum (IRO - Institut für Rohrleitungsbau an der FH Oldenburg e. V.). Camila Sanchez Prado, HDI's Development Director, and Atef Khemiri, its General Manager, presented the challenges of an HDD crossing for a project completed in 2024 by Spiecapag Australia and HDI Lucas, as part of the WORM (Western Outer Ring Main) project in Australia. The crossing of Jackson's Creek seemed straightforward at the time of contract signing. However, a 'cultural heritage' area defined late, combined with complex topography and geology, transformed it into an almost insurmountable challenge. This was overcome thanks to the ingenuity of an elite technical team and continuous support from the final client. The IRO is a major event for the pipeline industry in Germany. With this initiative, the public has also the opportunity to hear about actions and developments happening internationally. 🌟 **A New Look at HDD Technology** 🌟 We are honored that our Managing Director Atef Khemiri was invited to present on Construction Contracts & Risk Management during the **VIII Konferencja Techniczna ROE | 8th ROE Technical Conference**. With a great program and audience, all steps of an HDD project are being dissected and best practices enhanced over the next two days in Krakow at this biennial event organized by Robert Osikowicz . When the Client and Contractor establish a fair and well-negotiated contract, they lay the foundation for a successful project. It clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all parties involved. Open and thorough discussions during the contract phase help identify potential challenges and set realistic timelines and budgets, which normally represent a cost saving for the Owner. This collaborative approach fosters trust and transparency, leading to smoother project execution, reduced conflicts, and stronger partnerships – a golden rule in our organization.

☘️ This week, part of the HDI tender team visited our greener job site in France, laying the foundation for our future standards. Our Electrical Drilling Spread has achieved a significant reduction in fuel consumption. We’ve also placed ecological barriers to minimize any remaining noise to the neighborhood, and our advanced water treatment process purifies water to be safely returned to the river. Together, we’re paving the way towards a brighter and more sustainable future! 🌍💧
