OECD #PublicServiceInnovation Trend 2 | ➡️ Governments are investing in the digital transformation to make public services efficient, responsive and secure. From scalable digital infrastructures to AI applications, the focus is on meeting citizens’ needs with greater speed, precision and transparency. Digital innovation is more than technology. Digital ID systems, payment systems, and data sharing platforms are on the rise to provide people with seamless and secure access to digital services while improving resource allocation.
