PR Associés (bientôt Aurès) conseille le Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP) pour son investissement dans Robertet Group. Cotée sur Euronext, Robertet est leader mondial des matières premières naturelles pour les parfums et les arômes. Dans cette opération, un consortium d’investisseurs mené par le FSP – géré par ISALT – et comprenant également Peugeot Invest, a repris une partie des actions et certificats d’investissement auprès de dsm-firmenich (pour un investissement individuel de 125 millions d’euros chacun). dsm-firmenich a également cédé une partie de ses actions via une procédure accélérée de construction d’un livre d’ordre (#ABB), élargissant le flottant de la société. Cet investissement s’accompagne d’accords avec Maubert SA, la holding familiale contrôlant Robertet, visant à renforcer la gouvernance, la structure actionnariale et l’indépendance de Robertet à long terme. Avec ce nouvel investissement, le FSP et ISALT illustrent leur engagement et savoir-faire pour accompagner des leaders européens ou mondiaux innovants. 📢 New ESMA Report on Market Abuse Regulation Sanctions 📢 The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has just released its latest report on administrative sanctions under the #MarketAbuseRegulation (#MAR). Here are some key takeaways: 💸 Total Value of Administrative Fines in 2023: The total value of administrative fines imposed in 2023 amounted to EUR 45,946,420. This is slightly lower 📉 than the fines issued in 2021 (EUR 54,273,687) and significantly lower than the peak value in 2019 (EUR 82,824,945). 🚨Top Countries by Administrative Fines: France 🇫🇷 led the way 🏆 with the highest aggregate fines, totaling EUR 31,720,000. The Netherlands 🇳🇱 followed with EUR 5,000,000. Germany 🇩🇪 imposed fines amounting to EUR 2,152,000. 📉 Countries with No Administrative Sanctions in 2023: Eight Member States (Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Slovakia) did not impose any administrative sanctions or measures under MAR in 2023. 📅 Overall Period Since MAR Implementation: As of 31 December 2023, only two Member States (Ireland 🍀 and Slovakia) have not imposed any administrative sanctions or measures since the entry into application of MAR. 📊 Country-wise Breakdown of Administrative Fines ⬇️: For more details, check out the full ESMA report.
