Humanoid Robotics at CES 2025 I have been impressed by advancements in humanoid robotics that were showcased at CES 2025, with notable contributions from the French Enchanted Tools, from IntBot and DEEP Robotics, among many other. Enchanted Tools unveiled their latest lovely #Miroka robot, designed to assist hospital patients and serve as a concierge. IntBot introduced Nylo, a robot with a unique personality and advanced AI capabilities for personal human-robot interactions. DEEP Robotics showcased their CASBOT 01, a full-size biped humanoid robot with groundbreaking bionic design and dynamic force control. Companies are moving beyond prototypes to real-world deployments, incorporating advanced AI capabilities, allowing for more personalized human-robot interactions, targeting dedicated and unique users experiences. There is a growing emphasis (i.e.: #Miroka) on making robots more user-friendly and capable of interacting seamlessly with humans in various settings. These trends indicate a promising future for humanoid robotics, with significant potential to impact various industries and improve everyday life, if remaining challenges, such as safety, ethical and social concerns, regulatory and standardization Issues, can be fully addressed to realize the potential in various sectors. Solar experience at CES 2025! I'm thrilled to share my experience at CES2025 with Aptera Motors production-ready solar electric vehicle: it was exciting and fun to meet with their team, get close to the car and learn more about it! ● Up to 40 miles of free driving per day powered entirely by sunlight, with the objective to achieve 80 in a few years, ● Up to 400 miles on a single charge in under an hour, ● Environmental-friendly design, ● and first commercial success! Edge Computing and Edge AI at #CES2025   Edge Computing and Edge AI are set to revolutionize various industries with their ability to process data locally, reduce latency, and enhance real-time decision-making. Actually, the global Edge AI market size was valued at USD 20.45 billion in 2023 and is projected to grow to USD 269.82 billion by 2032, exhibiting a CAGR of 33.3%. The edge AI market is expected to reach nearly USD 62.93 billion by 2030, driven by applications in autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, and smart cities.   I wonder how Edge Computing and Edge AI will be represented this year at CES 2025. What are today’s trends? which applications are emerging in which sectors? How fast? This is something I am curious to explore at CES this week. My first high level view on the matter seems to reveal 3 major trends: 1. AI-Driven Performance: various companies are showcasing their latest processors designed to enhance AI performance and power efficiency. 2. Excited to share soon my incredible experience at #CES2025 in Las Vegas! This year, Quantyss will be visiting #CES2025 in Las Vegas and I am going, next week, to share for sure an incredible experience, as this event is always a whirlwind of innovation and inspiration! I plan to explore the French Pavilion; some companies like ATEQ Group, AVSimulation, DXOMARK, TrustInSoft, and Secure-IC, will showcase their advancements in IoT, AI, and cybersecurity. There are many more of them, in other sectors, like medical and life sciences domains, autonomous ground and flying vehicles; these French Companies “leading the Way” deserve a special report which I’ll send later on during the week. As part of my mission for Embedded France and specifically for its Edge Computing workgroup, I am going to explore more specifically innovations in Transportation and Drone sectors, looking for European partnership, as we are contemplating the setup of a very innovative R&D project on a groundbreaking distributed edge technology, powered by a federated learning SLM . I understand there will be also standout innovations on solar-powered vehicles that is set to revolutionize sustainable transportation, AI-focused GPUs, immersive extended reality headsets, …and more, that will be among the most talked-about tech at the show.
