These events are a unique opportunity to strengthen our proximity to our customers, deepen our understanding of their needs and offer them perfectly tailored solutions. Our collaboration with Michelin enables us to provide a high-value solution for our customers. #CustomerCentricity   ✈️ Strengthening our international relations - 🇮🇳 Visit to Michelin's headquarters in India: an important step in strengthening our ties in this strategic region. - 🪖 Training armies in the use and maintenance of our products. - 🌏 Enriching exchanges with customers in South Korea and India, demonstrating our commitment to supporting our partners in the field. - 🤝 Visits from partners and Michelin colleagues to our TELEFLOW site. With a special mention for Nour Bouhassoun, whose exchanges were invaluable. - 🏛️ Welcome of two senators, Mrs. Hélène CONWAY-MOURET and Mr. Hugues SAURY, to discuss geopolitical and industrial issues. 🌿 A stronger commitment for our teams  - Raising awareness of environmental, health and safety issues in the workplace, with concrete initiatives such as the Challenge Mobilité Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and charity actions such as Rallye du Cœur. - Priority to well-being in the workplace: a key issue for the company, with a positive dynamic marked by the arrival of 12 new employees this year.   🚀 Towards 2025 with ambition and energy! 🍏 Santé et sécurité au cœur de nos priorités chez TELEFLOW ! 🍏 Dans le but de sensibiliser nos collaborateurs et de renforcer notre engagement envers leur bien-être, TELEFLOW a récemment organisé une matinée dédiée à la santé et la sécurité au travail, en collaboration avec le Service de Prévention et Santé au Travail Loire 42 - SPSTL42. 👉 Au programme : ✅ Un atelier sur la nutrition, pour découvrir les clés d'une alimentation saine et équilibrée. ✅ Un atelier sur les addictions, avec un focus particulier sur la consommation d'alcool, de drogues et de médicaments, afin de mieux comprendre les risques et apprendre à les prévenir. Cette rencontre unique a permis d'aborder des sujets critiques pour les PME : contexte géopolitique, dépendance aux matériaux stratégiques, relocalisation pour renforcer notre souveraineté, et innovation de rupture avec le soutien de l’État et de la DGA - Direction générale de l'armement. 🌳 TELEFLOW s'engage pour la biodiversité et l'environnement ! 🌿   Le 18 octobre 2024, à l'occasion de la Journée nationale de la qualité de l'air célébrée le 14 octobre, TELEFLOW a mené une initiative en faveur de la biodiversité en plantant des arbres fruitiers sur son site. Cette initiative, encouragée par Serge Borg, directeur général, visait à sensibiliser nos collaborateurs à l’importance de l’environnement et de la biodiversité. 🍏🍑 L’événement a débuté avec un quizz ludique, qui a permis aux participants de tester leurs connaissances avant de se regrouper en binômes pour procéder à la plantation des arbres. Chaque équipe a pris soin de nommer son arbre, renforçant ainsi l’implication personnelle dans cette démarche collective. 🌱 La matinée s’est clôturée par un moment convivial, favorisant l’échange et la cohésion entre les participants.
