Recently, colleagues from across UGI International travelled to Brussels to meet with policymakers at the European Parliament to discuss the evolving energy landscape and the role of liquid gases in Europe’s transition to a lower-carbon future. LPG and rLG (renewable liquid gases), can play a critical role to ensuring energy security in rural areas enhancing resilience to market fluctuations but also promoting energy independence. Further to this it is an excellent fuel to supporting industrial competitiveness, and delivering practical, lower-carbon solutions, particularly for rural communities and businesses.
