  • We are proud to have hosted a successful forum on 12 Dec with the title "Entrepreneurship in Cultural Presentation: Harnessing Social Innovation for Economic Growth" for an HKBU donor, Mr Henry Yeh and his son, Mr Tom Yeh, who is a strong advocate for social innovation and successful entrepreneurs in Taiwan. It's inspiring to witness the commitment of family philanthropy in advancing tech development at HKBU. A special thanks to ITPR - Institute for Innovation, Translation and Policy Research @HKBU for their impeccable coordination and connections.

Exploring the World of Art: From Drama to Ceramics

I’m super excited to share my journey with Ceramics Cycle! This project, run through TOCHI LAB, is about turning discarded ceramics into something valuable and merging art with sustainability. In this interview, I talk about what got me hooked on ceramics and eco-friendly practices, my goals, and the challenges I’ve faced along the way. With Ceramics Cycle, I’m about raising awareness about reusing materials and inspiring a shift toward greener practices in Hong Kong’s ceramics scene. My goal is to transform ceramics that have lost their function into something meaningful once again, for example turning old, discarded ceramics into artificial rocks that serve as bases for coral rehabilitation. I believe art can make a difference, and ceramics can be part of that change. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m grateful for the chance to help make sustainability a reality in this small but meaningful way. It’s more than just recycling; it’s about creating a movement toward a more conscious art world. I hope more people will join me in rethinking what art and materials can do! Thank you, HKADC and ART AND PIECE, for this wonderful interview, which allowed people to learn about how I started this journey. More about the interview: https://lnkd.in/gWZRNVE6
