Students discovered the crucial role that values and behaviours play in personal branding and career success, with Will emphasising the importance of continuous skill development. Ms. Natalie Evie, a seasoned executive coach, underscored the importance of first impressions and the impactful role of storytelling during interviews. Natalie provided comprehensive guidance on various elements of professional dressing, including color, style, fabric, and fit. She also taught our students how to engage interviewers effectively by incorporating compelling and relevant details into their responses. Furthermore, students learnt how to develop a strategic roadmap for their resumes, align their current roles with long-term career goals through 2030, and kickstart their career planning within the Co-op Programme. The pre-employment training began with the Personality Dimensions® (PD) Workshop, led by 𝐌𝐫. Johnny Lo, 𝐌𝐬. Esther Suen, 𝐌𝐬. Iris Lau, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. Yammi Wong. 🌈 Co-op students were guided to dive into four distinct personality traits while understanding these traits helped lay a strong foundation for effective communication and collaboration. Not only could participating students identify their core needs and foster greater self-awareness, but also gain insights into the values and stressors associated with different personalities, which would enhance their ability to get along and work well with others.
