Every month, Ronald McDonald House Charities with joined forces of 5-star hotels Executive Chefs prepare delicious dinner for parents and their children undergoing intensive medical treatments, providing a few moments of relief. FB Solution & BRIDOR participated in La Fête du Pain in Shanghai and Beijing, and we are delighted to congratulate the winners of the artisan baker competition! Launched by Business France at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, La Fête du Pain has become a key annual event for the bakery-pastry sector. It celebrates local bakeries using French ingredients and techniques, as well as companies importing gourmet French products. French pastry is one of the most iconic baking techniques in the world, and French bread and desserts enjoy a global reputation. We are proud to support events that foster international collaboration and celebrate the art of French baking.

FB Solution and Traiteur de Paris partnered with Chef Manuel Bouillet for an exclusive demo session in Shenzhen on June 18th. Chef Manuel Bouillet guided over 30 F&B professionals through enhancing some of Traiteur de Paris' iconic products with the following recipes: - Coconut Exotic Cheesecake - Black Forest Moelleux - Granny Smith Hazelnut Praline Basque Cheesecake   The session was a fantastic opportunity for sharing tips and exchanging ideas about desserts and side dishes.   Thank you to all participants, Traiteur de Paris, and Chef Manuel Bouillet for making this event a success.   Recipes and videos are available upon request!
