🎉 Congratulations to our E3/E4 site team on receiving the Gold Half-Year Safety Award from Canary Wharf Contractors! 🎉 This recognition is a testament to the team’s commitment to health and safety at Wood Wharf, ensuring a safe and productive environment for everyone involved. 🦺👏 Our facade installation continues to make impressive strides, with level 48 of the 51-storey tower now complete. We’re on track to close the building several months ahead of schedule—a remarkable achievement! E3/E4 (40 Charter Street) will soon offer 552 build-to-rent apartments, complemented by retail spaces and amenities on the first three floors. We are excited to announce that the project 185 Park Street, in partnership with our client JTRE London, has been shortlisted for this year’s Society of Façade Engineering (SFE) Façade Design and Engineering Awards in three categories. The project 185 Park Street has been nominated for New Build UK, Innovation UK, and Sustainability UK. Completed in 2022, the project showcases a bespoke unitised façade system that aligns with the architect's vision. The project also features 187 unique bolt-on balconies, providing breathtaking views of the London skyline. We congratulate our client JTRE London and extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in this project, including TW-2 Architects, Eckersley O'Callaghan, Squire and Partners.
