A major breakthrough in quantum computing marks a pivotal moment in Equal1's technical journey! 🔵 We have achieved world-leading performance on a 6-qubit array fabricated using a SiGe CMOS-compatible process at 300 and 740 mK: - Single-qubit gate fidelity: 99.4% | Gate speed: 84ns - Two-qubit gate fidelity: 98.4% | Gate speed: 72ns 🔵 We have successfully tested the world’s most complex and coldest quantum controller chip, operating at an incredible 300 millikelvin, powered by cutting-edge Arm Cortex cores from the British semiconductor and software design company Arm. These milestones mark a critical inflection point for the quantum computing industry.
