This Tuesday, we came together to celebrate International Men’s Day, recognising the positive contributions that men make to our workplace, families, and communities, while also shining a light on important issues that affect men’s lives. Our gathering was an opportunity to reflect on key topics such as men’s mental and physical health, reducing stigma, and encouraging open conversations. Thoughtful words were shared by our General Manager, Eoin Chambers, and one of our Wellness Ambassadors, Jade McNamara, highlighting the importance of supporting men to overcome challenges and thrive. We shared resources offering guidance and support for men’s health, because raising awareness is a crucial step towards change. To make the occasion special, we enjoyed tea, coffee, cakes, and sweets, while taking a moment to reflect and connect as a team. International Men’s Day reminds us to advocate for better health outcomes, promote positive role models, and nurture a workplace where everyone feels supported.
