Cartoonists can communicate serious water safety messages in a way that is palatable for a wider audience. This has real potential for translating behavioural messages in impactful ways that draw both the emotion and attention of people who may not otherwise read safety messaging. A partnership to kick off one city's conversation in the run up to World Drowning Prevention Day. https://lnkd.in/eW5uBMUU hashtag #DrowningPrevention
