PR Consultancy of the Year 2023/24. Full-service, creative comms agency delivering integrated campaigns with real impact

About us

Established in 1985 Morrow Communications is one of the most experienced team-based integrated communications consultancies on the island of Ireland. We are a multi-service agency providing strategic communications advice to a diverse range of public and private sector clients at a senior level. We’ve been pushing the boundaries of what great communications can do since 1985. Mind you, the world has changed a lot since then, and we have evolved and changed with it. Nowadays our strength comes from offering a fully integrated communications service that embraces the whole gamut of communication tools – public relations, media and stakeholder relations, video production, digital marketing, event management, advertising and design. But we still hold true to our core belief: that our role is to help clients talk to, and build relationships with, their audiences, whether in good times or bad. We currently manage communications for a number of significant brands and clients across the island of Ireland and UK, as well as represent their interests in international markets. An Investor in People accredited company, we were the first communications company in NI to gain and since retain the accreditation. We were the first communications company with offices in NI to attain the internationally recognised Communications Management Standard, a quality mark awarded by the PRCA, in recognition of our overall client management, business processes and professional standards. We have held this accreditation for over 15 years now and it still underpins our customer service ethos today. We are an award winning company, being recognised as CIPR Consultancy Team of the Year on four occasions in the last 8 years and runner up twice. In total we have collected 58 gold and 36 silver awards over the same period of the CIPR Pride Awards, a number of CIM Ireland marketing awards and also picked up the ABPCO Award for Best UK Conference Organiser in 2014/15.

  • Yesterday, our team had the honour of supporting two of our clients in hosting HRH Prince Edward at their events. The Duke of Edinburgh paid a visit to @ Bauer NI Cash for Kids, Northern Ireland’s largest gift appeal, giving the charity a welcome boost. He also joined local farmers at the Dale Farm stand at the Royal Ulster Winter Fair. Moments like these highlight the incredible work and impact of the organisations we’re privileged to work with. We’re immensely proud to have been part of such a remarkable day and to see our clients shine in the royal spotlight. A huge congratulations to all involved! 🎉 #MorrowComms

  • We had the privilege of attending the Chief Executives' Forum Annual Lunch and AGM in the Grand Central Station last Friday. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with leaders across Northern Ireland’s public services. The highlight of the event was hearing from the talented Declan Lawn writer and director of Blue Lights, who shared the incredible journey behind bringing the acclaimed police drama to our screens. The discussions were expertly led by Donna Traynor who brought her perspective to the conversation. Thank you to the organisers for such an engaging and inspiring event. It highlighted the power of authentic storytelling, with the Chair of the CEF, Sir David Sterling KCB , reminding us of the importance of strong leadership across our public services. #Networking #Leadership #Storytelling #ChiefExecutivesForum

  • Collaboration, co-design and consensus 💡 By intensifying these key fundamentals, we can accelerate our pathway to decarbonisation and take advantage of the opportunities a green economy and green future brings. That was the key take away from this afternoon’s NI Chamber #EnergyForum which brought together leaders across government, industry and business. Communications has a vital role to play in this journey too, helping communities and stakeholders make the necessary behavioural changes. This includes helping them understand that the cheapest and greenest energy is often the energy that isn't used. Read more in our blog: https://lnkd.in/e9-vRRqW

  • ✨ What a night! ✨ Earlier this month, the InterTradeIreland Seedcorn Awards 2024 lit up the Hilton Belfast in style! Hosted by the amazing Donna Traynor and supported by our incredible events team behind the scenes, it was truly an evening to remember. 🏆🎉 Seedcorn aims to improve the investor readiness of new-start and early-stage businesses across the island of Ireland, with a substantial overall prize fund of €300,000. Throughout the competition participants also benefit from access to business planning workshops, unique networking opportunities and access to angel investors, and mentorship support. From event planning kicking off in August, to four regional finals over the past 3 months, this journey has been more than just one unforgettable night. Our production team travelled far and wide, capturing the inspiring stories of the regional finalists on film, while our creative team worked closely with each business to design bespoke roller banners, showcasing their brands in all their glory. 🎥✨ 👏 Here’s to the incredible talent and innovation we celebrated and to everyone who made it happen! #MorrowComms #Seedcorn2024 #EventHighlights

  • This week the team attended a PRCA NI & CIPR Northern Irelandevent, ‘PRess – Past, Present & Future’ in the Seamus Heaney Centre Queen's University Belfast. The conversations highlighted that while tools and platforms have transformed over the years, the core of what we do remains unchanged - crafting compelling stories and building meaningful connections. Chair of PRCA NI and Director of Strategic Communications at Queen’s University Belfast, Eamon Deeny, gave us a fascinating insight into his 40-year career in media and PR, sharing some memorable moments. He also emphasised the ongoing need to support traditional communication channels, such as newspapers 🗞️ The conversations highlighted that while tools and platforms have transformed over the years, the core of what we do remains unchanged - crafting compelling stories and building meaningful connections.

  • A truly beautiful and uplifting evening at Belfast Cathedral as our amazing charity partner Cancer Fund for Children hosted its Twilight concert. The highlight of the night was of course the charity’s Care Free Choir, featuring our Managing Director Kieran Donnelly and daughter Lucy. Our congratulations to the host Holly Hamilton and the incredible performers and story-tellers who delivered a great show for such a great cause. We’re starting to feel festive… 🎄
