We are thrilled to announce the next of our Courtside Partners - Nangle and Niesen Ltd 🌳 Roots that have grown deep in the Cork countryside, Nangle & Niesen Ltd are a family run tree nursery for almost half a century. Growing and supplying trees for the Irish and export markets. Founded in 1973 when the initial 54 acres of land were purchased by Des Nangle & Dutchman Matthew Niesen in Aherla, Co. Cork 🔴 ⚪️ The 90’s brought the first real explosion in the supply of trees from the nursery, with Coolmore Stud in Co. Tipperary being an important client at this time. The 2000’s were a time of major expansion with 50 acres added to the nursery. By this stage the next generation had already come on board, Ronan Nangle and Matthew Niesen Jnr. Ronan joining full time in 1996 and then taking sole control of the nursery in 2016 🚀 With Ronan’s 35+ years experience, Nangle & Niesen’s dedication to growing trees of the highest quality has always been at the heart of everything we do. We bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to every stage of the growing process, utilising the most modern plant nursery techniques and soil management principles.
