We are just over one month away from our South East Jobs and Skills Fair, on Saturday, February 22nd, in the Granville Hotel, Waterford, from 9:00am-3:00pm. This event is completely free of charge to attend and is the perfect opportunity for both businesses and potential employees to come together. Business representatives can meet potential employees and speak to interested parties in private. Attendees can browse through multiple stands and learn about vacancies, as well as speaking to potential employers in person. We understand these events can be a little overwhelming, which is why we are proud to be hosting an exclusive Diversity & Inclusion hour, from 9:00-10:00am, to allow our autistic community and people with disabilities to meet business representatives, with the view of securing work experience or employment. All sensory accommodations will be met during this hour. We have the full support of the Department of Social Protection, who will contact clients from across the region encouraging them to attend the event, as well as providing advertising support across their websites and social media platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to take part in, with a wide scope of potential and eager employees and chance to meet in person. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity, and we look forward to seeing you all there. Important information & Registration (Business) The cost for employers to exhibit is €300+VAT. If you have any questions, please email lynda.lawton@waterfordchamber.ie or book directly online at https://lnkd.in/ef6hZ7S4
