Thrilled to share that Navjyot and Deepali from our Housekeeping and F&B Production team at The Lalit New Delhi participated in the Better Kitchen Magazine Culinary Challenge Hospitality Competition at The Lalit Suri Hospitality School —competing alongside students from leading hospitality colleges. What makes this achievement even more special? Navjyot and Deepali, who are on the speech and hearing disability spectrum, secured 2nd and 3rd place in the Bed Making Competition and Cake Making Competition, respectively! Their journey is truly inspiring—without formal hospitality education, they have learned and mastered their skills on the job, proving that passion, dedication, and the right support system can create champions.
